Tickets are sold for a specific date and timed entry window. Please arrive within your window; late arrivals are admitted when capacity allows, but a later entry cannot be guaranteed.

Each ticket admits one person. Children under a published age threshold may enter free when accompanied by a ticketed adult; the current age policy is shown at checkout.

Tickets are non-transferable for resale above face value. We may refuse entry to tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers.

All sales are final. Where the exhibition schedule allows, you may request a one-time date exchange at least 24 hours before your booked entry window, subject to availability.

If we cancel a session, you may choose a rescheduled entry or a full refund to the original payment method.

The experience includes bright, moving projections, reflective surfaces and amplified sound. Guests sensitive to light or sound should take this into account before visiting.

Bags may be checked. Weapons, outside food and drink, alcohol, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.

We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour risks the safety or enjoyment of other guests, our team, or the artwork.

Personal, non-commercial photography and video are welcome. Tripods, drones, professional lighting and commercial shoots require written permission in advance.

The venue may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By entering, you agree that your image may appear in such material.

The exhibition floor is wheelchair accessible and seating is available in the main gallery. Service animals are welcome. Contact us before your visit and we will do our best to accommodate specific needs.

You enter the venue at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal property, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
